Regal Court Reporting strengthens its court reporting service offerings by acquiring KNA in Los Angeles
(June 11, 2019) – Regal Court Reporting (Regal) recently announced it has acquired well-respected Los Angeles court reporting agency Kelli Norden and Associates (KNA). The acquisition complements Regal’s offering of services and further develops its position as a leader in complete solutions for litigation support throughout Southern California. KNA will continue to operate under its name for the foreseeable future.
KNA was founded in 1991 and has serviced clients throughout Los Angeles for over 25 years. The agency focused on personal service and the client experience, which has made the acquisition with Regal, a family-owned Orange County business, a seamless transition.
The acquisition is part of Regal’s strategy to expand its reach and ability to provide efficient, effective work for its clients at the best value. Run by a husband and wife team with over 12 years of experience in the industry, Regal has made a name for itself across Orange County and the two co-founders were looking to take the next step.
Isaiah Leslie, co-founder of Regal Court Reporting, shares that “our ability to offer state of the art conference rooms, court reporting, and video services to attorneys in Los Angeles is something we have been planning for some time. We were incredibly excited when Kelli Norden offered us this opportunity.” Kelli Norden will be staying on as a court reporter with Regal and is looking forward to continuing to work closely with her clients.
Stephanie Leslie, a veteran court reporter and the other half of the husband and wife team that runs the agency, is looking forward to expanding her team of court reporters, announcing that “in addition to the reporters joining us from KNA, Regal is excited to bring on an additional 25 reporters and is looking to hire immediately.”
